I’m Jacqui, an action-focused Career and Leadership Coach from Wigan. I’m passionate about stirring up change to foster a culture where leaders feel seen, heard, valued, heard, and recognised, while pursuing careers that ignite their passion every day.

Having spent 17 years in the corporate environment as a Senior Programme Manager in Financial Services, I successfully led diverse teams to deliver complex business and IT change across the globe.

Outside of work…
overthinking and always hungry!

When I’m not Coaching you can usually find me down the gym, in the pool or on a hike with my other half.  Family is everything to me and my Mum, Dad and Little Sister are my biggest cheerleaders who have always made me believe I can do whatever I put my mind to.

I’m an explorer at heart and love travel.  I’ve collected some of the most mind-blowing moments of my life on global escapades. 

And everything I do revolves around food, usually while I’m overthinking my next bold move!

Jacqui started off life as an Accountant and was a CIMA Global Prizewinner.  Her logical financial brain helps her to bring calm to the client’s chaos, work through overthinking and create a structured plan of action.

Senior Programme Manager

Jacqui delivered system, process and people change programmes including Digital and Regulatory Change.  A natural leader able to create clarity and stay action-focused to drive change.

Global Experience and Delivery

Leading teams globally to deliver change, Jacqui is used to working across different cultures and navigating the challenges of managing virtual teams. Her work has taken her from New York to Hong Kong, Dubai to Mumbai and Mexico City to Vancouver.

Accredited Coach and Mentor

Jacqui blends mentoring with coaching to bring in her experience where appropriate and is a mentor for Aston University. Fascinated by people and what makes them tick, she has trained as a DISC Personality Profile Practitioner.
